Vehicle Wrap Warranty Policy

This warranty applies exclusively to vehicle wrap and graphic products supplied and installed by ServiceWraps, LLC (“ServiceWraps”). ServiceWraps provides a twelve (12) month in-house warranty on all vehicle wrap and graphic installations. Eligibility for coverage requires that the vehicle owner follow the Vehicle Wrap Care & Maintenance Guide.

The warranty covers material and installation defects during the stated term, including removal of failed materials, production of replacement graphics, reprinting, and reinstallation as necessary. Warranty claims must be initiated within the twelve (12) month period and are subject to inspection and approval by an authorized representative of ServiceWraps. This warranty protects the advertising value of the wrap and does not extend to minor cosmetic concerns.

In the event of a wrap failure, ServiceWraps’s obligation is limited, at its discretion, to repairing or replacing only the defective portion of the wrap. All warranty services must be performed exclusively at ServiceWraps’s designated facility.

Replacement materials installed under this warranty remain subject to the original warranty term; coverage does not reset or extend. Only artwork printed from original client-approved files is eligible. Any changes or updates to artwork will incur additional charges.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, misuse, failure to maintain the wrap, accidents, road debris, normal wear and tear, or any cause unrelated to installation or material defects. Pre-existing vehicle damage is excluded from coverage, as is any damage caused by emblems or hardware wrapped over at the client’s request.

Wrap defects typically present within the first thirty (30) days, while the material retains elasticity. Any large bubbles, lifting, or peeling must be reported promptly for correction. Failure to notify ServiceWraps immediately upon discovery will void this warranty. Coverage excludes abrasion caused by windshield wipers and does not apply to perforated window films.

Surface Disclaimer: ServiceWraps disclaims warranty coverage for wraps installed on used buses, planes, trains, RVs, custom vehicles, used food trucks, vehicles four (4) years or older, or vehicles with non-OEM or repainted surfaces. Liability for paint or clear coat damage resulting from installation or removal is expressly excluded.

Graphics Removal: ServiceWraps assumes no responsibility for paint or clear coat damage during removal of wraps from vehicles.

Maintenance Requirement: Vehicle wraps must be washed regularly (1–2 times per month, or as needed) to maintain warranty coverage. Refer to the Vehicle Wrap Care & Maintenance Guide for complete instructions.

This policy constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty offered by ServiceWraps for vehicle wraps. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided. This document supersedes all prior vehicle wrap warranty policies issued by ServiceWraps.
